Presentations can open doors or quietly close them. The difference often comes down to more than just your content. The most powerful presentations connect with the audience, tell a story that matters, and use visuals that make the message stick.

If you’ve ever wished you could feel more confident — whether speaking in front of a team, a board, a client, or a conference crowd — this workshop series is for you. Over four live, interactive sessions, you’ll learn how to plan, design, and deliver presentations that get noticed and get results.

Who Should Attend

This workshop series is ideal for professionals who:

  • Want to communicate ideas more clearly and confidently in presentations
  • Deliver presentations to teams, leadership, clients, or conference audiences
  • Struggle with slide design or structuring their message for impact
  • Are comfortable with their content but want practical delivery skills
  • Seek to integrate storytelling and visuals into their presentations

Whether you’re presenting data at work, pitching a project, facilitating meetings, or speaking at professional events, this series will give you concrete tools and live practice to elevate your presentations.

What You'll Gain

By the end of this workshop series, you will know how to:

  • Create presentations that are clear, memorable, and visually powerful
  • Tell stories that connect with your audience — whether you have 3 minutes or 30
  • Design slide decks that reinforce your message instead of distracting from it
  • Deliver your ideas with confidence, presence, and authenticity
  • Apply practical techniques for engaging, persuading, and inspiring any audience

This isn’t a passive webinar. It’s a guided, supportive space where you’ll practice, experiment, and grow alongside others who want to level up their communication skills. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use in your very next meeting or conference talk.

Here's what you'll learn

Join us for a workshop that goes beyond the slides, and helps you develop yourself and your career.

The complete workshop is held over 2 half days (breaks included). Sessions will be taught live over Zoom and will include hands-on exercises and break out room discussions.

Day One

Part 1: Getting Started and Storytelling Skills

Every strong presentation starts with clarity. In this part, you’ll learn how to define your purpose, understand your audience, and shape a clear narrative before you ever open PowerPoint.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Identify your core message
  • Choose the right level of detail for your audience
  • Use simple story frameworks to create flow and meaning
  • Structure presentations that are clear, focused, and intentional

Part 2:  Building Powerful Slides

Once the story is clear, it's time to build slides that support it. This part focuses on designing slides that work with your brain, not against it.

You'll learn how to:

  • Design slides that emphasize one key idea at a time
  • Use layout, color, typography, and visuals intentionally
  • Replace text-heavy slides with visuals that enhance understanding
  • Use speaker notes, white space, and animation effectively
  • Edit and refine slides for clarity and impact

Day Two

Part 3: Presentation Skills

Bring your presentation to life. Slides don't present, you do. In this part, you'll focus on delivery skills that help you connect with your audience and communicate with confidence.

Topics include:

  • Physical preparation tips
  • Voice, pacing, and presence
  • Body language and non-verbal communication
  • Engaging your audience
  • handling questions and interruptions professionally

Part 4: Pulling it all together

This is where it all comes together. You’ll have the option to deliver a short presentation to your peers, get constructive feedback, and learn by observing others.

This part is designed to:

  • Reinforce storytelling, slide design, and delivery skills
  • Provide a supportive, low-pressure practice environment
  • Help you leave feeling more confident and prepared for real-world presentations

Participation is encouraged, but never required.
